"My passion for law pushes me to dive into every aspect of the cases and think out of the box. This makes my job a new challenge every day. My experience in litigation strengthens me to understand the field of practice and enables me to focus on studying verticals and assisting clients in this matter."
Kaat advises clients on European and Belgian competition law matters.
Kaat started her career at the Antwerp bar. After two years of professional experience at GSJ, she joined the Brussels bar and picked up her favourite field of practice of competition law. She represented major clients in litigation while guiding them through the complexities of the cases. This gives her a strong basis for applying her legal skills and focusing on specializing in verticals, a competition law area that has recently undergone important changes.
Kaat joined the Faros team in 2022.
Kaat is a member of the Brussels bar.
