For the fourth consecutive year, Faros partners Emmelie Wijckmans and Frank Wijckmans have authored the EU chapter of the latest edition of ICLG’s renowned ‘International Comparative Legal Guide on Vertical Agreements and Dominant Firms’.

The update comes timely, as the recent Mondelez case is at the crossroads of vertical agreements and abuse of dominance. The European Commission imposed a substantial €337.5 million fine on Mondelez for restricting cross-border sales under Article 101 and Article 102 TFEU.
