Today, partner Frank Wijckmans presented the new European regime on vertical agreements (Regulation 2022/720) to the Luxembourg competition authority.
The session was attended by the Chairman of the Luxembourg Competition Authority and several members of the Competition College, as well as numerous legal experts and economists from the Competition Law Department.
