Anouk Focquet and Sofie Deprez spoke in August 2022 during NCOI Learning’s webinar days.
They explained the main 'GDPR' concerns for companies based on the recent decisions of the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Anouk and Sofie compiled a top 10 with the 'right of access’ at number one. 'Cookies' and 'access to employee mailboxes' completed the top three. Afterwards, participants were up to date on all the important developments in (Belgian) data protection land.
