December is traditionally 'Brussels School of Competition month'. In line with the tradition, Frank Wijckmans lectured on 'The Law and Economics of Vertical Restraints', together with Luc Peeperkorn.
Frank and Luc again guided students through the landscape of vertical agreements from a legal and economic point of view. They did so using, among other things, the Faros 'Toolbook for Practitioners', which guides readers through the legislation by means of a Q&A.
