- New kid on the block: shared exclusivity. How useful is this in practice? Terminating an exclusive distributor can be timely and costly. With shared exclusivity, you can avoid having to terminate an underperforming distributor and still ensure the proper development of that territory.
- Food for thought: can a marketplace ban in certain cases actually amount to a ban on the effective use of the internet (certainly for small undertakings)?
- Attention required: failure to respond within 10 working days to information notices of the UK CMA may lead to the withdrawal of the block exemption for the questioned contract.
